YieldNest Finance is committed to making its calculators, articles, navigation, and forms usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice input, or other assistive technologies.
Our accessibility goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at the AA level where reasonably possible. Accessibility is considered during design, development, content creation, testing, and future updates. It is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.
Keyboard access
Primary navigation, dropdown menus, theme controls, calculator fields, buttons, accordions, search, and forms are designed to work with a keyboard. Focus indicators are visible so a user can identify the active control. Modal or menu behavior should not trap focus unintentionally.
Forms and calculator results
Fields use visible labels, related instructions, and inline error messages. Required inputs are identified in text rather than by color alone. Calculator results are announced through status regions where supported, and important values are available as text rather than only in charts.
Contrast and visual presentation
The light and dark themes use contrast-conscious colors for text, surfaces, borders, buttons, links, focus states, and messages. The layout supports browser zoom and responsive reflow. Users can choose light or dark mode, and the preference is stored locally in the browser.
Tables, charts, and media
Tables include headings and can scroll horizontally on small screens. Charts are paired with summaries or data tables. Images should include meaningful alternative text when they communicate information; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
Motion and interaction
Animations are brief and functional. Visitors who prefer reduced motion should receive a simplified experience through their operating-system or browser setting. The website does not rely on autoplay video or rapid flashing effects.
Content clarity
We use descriptive headings, understandable link text, short paragraphs, and plain-language definitions. Financial terminology is explained when it may be unfamiliar. Page structure is intended to support screen-reader navigation and scanning.
Third-party content
Advertising, analytics, embedded media, consent tools, and other third-party services may have their own accessibility limitations. We select and configure third-party services carefully, but we may not control every part of their interface. Please report a barrier so we can review the integration.
Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility problem, use the Contact Us page and select “Accessibility issue.” Describe the page, the control or content involved, the browser, the assistive technology if relevant, and what you were trying to accomplish. Do not include sensitive financial information.
We will review the report and make a reasonable effort to provide the information or function in an accessible way while a permanent improvement is considered.
