DMCA

Revenue Docs respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This page explains how a copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a notice concerning material on https://a2zinformer.space/ and how an affected contributor may submit a counter-notification.

DMCA Copyright Notice

If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice that substantially includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the exact URL whenever possible.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Where to Send the Notice

Email the notice to mybasirpurcity.pk92@gmail.com with the subject line DMCA Copyright Notice, or use our Contact Us page. The website operator should replace this contact information with its formally designated DMCA agent information when applicable.

Review and Action

After receiving a substantially complete notice, we may remove or restrict access to material, notify the contributor, request additional information, preserve records, or take other action we consider appropriate. Submission of a notice does not guarantee removal, and we may consider authorization, license, public-domain status, fair use, or other legal limitations.

Counter-Notification

If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, a counter-notification should substantially include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent, as required by applicable law.

Restoration Process

When legally appropriate, a valid counter-notification may be forwarded to the original complainant. Removed material may be restored after the applicable waiting period unless the complainant informs us that court action has been filed seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Misrepresentations and Legal Advice

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification may lead to liability. Consider whether the use is authorized, licensed, in the public domain, or protected by an exception such as fair use. This page is general information and not legal advice; consult a qualified copyright attorney when uncertain.

Repeat Infringement

Where appropriate and within our control, we may restrict submissions, terminate accounts, block access, or take other reasonable measures involving repeat infringement or repeated valid complaints.

Trademark, Privacy, and Other Complaints

The DMCA process is specifically for copyright complaints. Trademark, defamation, privacy, impersonation, licensing, and other concerns should be identified clearly and submitted separately through the Contact Us page.
